5/9/2012 - After three race weekends back to back, there will be no races this Saturday (May 12th).
We'll be back on Saturday May 19th for Redwood Capital Bank's Night at the Races, featuring the Real Stock, Roadrunner, Thunder Roadsters and Sportsman!

5/3/2012 - The 2012 season is already exciting! We had 19 Roadrunners racing last weekend - it's great to see that many cars in one division alone. Thanks to all the fans who came out last week, we had a great crowd, too!
This Saturday, May 5th we have the AABLM Late Model series coming to Redwood Acres Raceway. This is a newly scheduled event, it was not featured on our poster schedule. They will be joining all four of our local classes for what should be an thrilling night of racing! Grandstand admission will be $15 for general, $9 for children and seniors.
A big thank you to Finnegan and Nason for sponsoring this weekend.

There will be exciting racing action from the Real Stocks, Roadrunners, Thunder Roadsters and Sportsman, as well as the Best Appearing Car Contest! Gates open at 5:30, racing begins at 7. Grandstand admission is $11 for general admission and $7 for children and seniors.

1/16/12 - The drivers' meetings were a success - it does not seem like there will be major rule changes for any of the divisions. Rulebooks for the 2012 season should be available sometime in February. The only real issue seemed to be that it is NECESSARY to contact the racetrack techs if you are planning to build a Roadrunner, to make sure that the car you're building will meet the weight requirements. If you are thinking of building a Roadrunner, please call the office first to verify your vehicle will qualify.
